CNP Technologies provides our clients with on-site support in a pro-active manner to assure the highest level of satisfaction with your technology investment. Our approach is preventative; we monitor for growth and fluctuations of your systems; and assist when upgrades and updates are required. CNP now offers on-site managed services. We will provide a full time or part time engineer at your location and surround them with utilities to monitor your equipment.
Responsiveness
We take pride in having a real person answer your call. We recognize that most of the time you are calling is because you are having a problem. A network engineer will usually be the person that answers the phone. This allows us to quickly assess the situation and dispatch the appropriate resource. Many times we can resolve the issue over the phone or we can simply access our client's networks utilizing secured links over the Internet.
Accessibility
CNP has twelve network engineers available for remote and on-site support services. We have also instituted a web-based, interactive tool that gives us the ability to remotely connect and support the end user.
Accountability
The CNP network engineer is issued a Service Order specific to each call. This enables us to be professional in tracking the time that you spend and we also maintain the history of your installation.
Knowledge
The entire staff spends hours in training and reading to make sure that we can recommend the most appropriate solution to our client's needs. The engineers attend the necessary training required to maintain their certifications.
