Important Customer Support Message
Our office will be closed November 27th and 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday. If you have a time-sensitive, service-impacting trouble ticket, please call 888.973.3737 or 704.927.6600, and follow the voice prompts. Available 24/7.

Customer Portal

For issues that are not time-sensitive, we encourage you to use our secure Customer Portal to enter a service ticket, as well as monitor the status.

The CNP Support team is available via online chat, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (ET). (Not available on holidays.)

CNP Remote Desktop Support

CNP Technologies uses a remote support agent to securely connect to our customers’ servers and computers to perform diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues.

NOTE: Please contact a CNP Engineer before initiating any remote support session.
